Turnaround of Specialist Medical Facility

In October 2009, Bolt Partners LLP was called in by the Board of a specialist medical facility to act as joint Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Restructuring Officer (CRO). The £55m revenue business was just weeks away from running out of cash. It had a significant backlog of creditors and debtors and was facing a significant trading loss of £2m in the current year.
Bolt Partners appointed to manage £300m primary care property portfolio for BlackRock UK Property Fund (BUKPF)

Bolt Partners LLP, a leading strategic and financial advisor in the healthcare sector, has been appointed by BUKPF to manage a portfolio of more than 150 GP surgeries across England, Wales and Scotland.
