• Short term cash management and liquidity services – where cash is scarce and visibility over short term liquidity is poor, we have an excellent track record in rapidly establishing short term cash forecasts and effective controlling short term cash. As part of this process, we seek to identify and execute liquidity opportunities and generate “headroom” to take more fundamental actions. • Developing a robust turnaround plan – we have extensive experience in rapidly diagnosing the key issues facing “stressed” organisations and working with management, employees and key stakeholders to develop robust, implementable turnaround plans. Our teams combine strategic, financial, operational and program management skills, to produce realistic turnaround plans that address the key issues. Some of the UK’s largest organisations, such as the NHS, have repeatedly used us in this capacity
• Delivering the turnaround – either as interim management or programme managers, we roll-up our sleeves and deliver the turnaround over extended periods of time (12 – 18 months). Our success in delivering turnarounds is proven.
